With the calipers from E34 540i (and other) i offer a 315-294mm brake solution with 5x120 Front Conversion for the BMW E30. The following calipers can use:
Front: caliper bracket E34 540i / E32 750i BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 365 (243)
caliper E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 363 und 364 (60/28/302)
Rear:caliper bracket E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 384 (172)
caliper E34 540i-M5, (E32 750i, M3 E36) BMW Part Nr. 34 11 1 160 399 und 400 (40/300 and 38/20)
Brake discs in front come from the BMW M3 E36 in 315x28mm. Behind the discs is a 13mm distance plate located.
The wheels should have 5x120 and a offset (ET) from 30-46mm. All wheels that fits on M3 E36 will fits also on E30 with this brake kit.
On the rear this solution use 294x19mm BMW Standard discs from E46 328i or Z4 E85.
The 5x120 Conversion in rear works with hubs from E36 323ti Compact or Z4 E85 or M3 E30. The Compact hubs make the axles 19mm widther each side. The Z4 hubs only 2,5mm, M30 E30 hubs makes 5mm.
